We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Let's extract sections: - Primary Duties & Responsibilities: includes many bullet-like paragraphs. We can treat as Responsibilities section with
  • items. - Education & Experience: that's Qualifications/Requirements. - Working Conditions: maybe part of Requirements or separate? Could be part of Qualifications? Might be separate but not a standard heading; we could include under Requirements or maybe as a separate section like Working Conditions not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content accordingly. - Physical Requirements: could be part of Requirements. - Safety Requirements: maybe part of Requirements. - Quality And Environmental Responsibilities: maybe part of Requirements. - Culture Commitment: maybe part of About the role? Could be separate but not in allowed headings; maybe we can include under About the role. - About Us: could be About the role? Actually About the role is about the job; About Us is company description. Could be included as About the role? Might be better to put under About the role? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those headings. We need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role: could include a brief summary of the role (maybe from first paragraph: "Program Leadership Lead the planning and execution...") Actually that's duties. Could treat About the role as a short overview: maybe combine the first paragraph? But we must not invent content. We can use the first paragraph as About the role: "Program Leadership Lead the planning and execution of complex facility-development, expansion, and infrastructure programs involving multiple concurrent and interdependent workstreams." That's a duty though. Might be better to treat About the role as a brief description: maybe we can extract from "Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities" but that's duties. The instruction says do not repeat the job title as heading. About the role could be a summary of the role's purpose. We could use the first sentence after "Job Description": "Primary Duties & Responsibilities Program Leadership Lead the planning and execution..." That's still duties. Might be okay to treat that as Responsibilities. We need to avoid filler sections. We'll include: - Responsibilities: all the duties bullet points. - Requirements: includes Education & Experience, Working Conditions, Physical Requirements, Safety Requirements, Quality And Environmental Responsibilities, Culture Commitment? Actually culture is more about values; could be part of Requirements? Might be better as a separate section like Skills? But we have Skills heading allowed. Could put culture under Skills? Not exactly. Could put under Requirements as "Cultural Commitment". But we need to follow allowed headings; we can still include a heading not in list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings, but not strictly limited? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. ...)". Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. Thus we need to decide which of those headings have content. - About the role: maybe we can include a brief summary from the job description: maybe the first paragraph after "Job Description" that describes the role purpose. Could be: "Lead the planning and execution of complex facility-development, expansion, and infrastructure programs involving multiple concurrent and interdependent workstreams." That's a duty but could serve as about the role. - Responsibilities: the detailed duties. - Requirements: Education & Experience, plus maybe Working Conditions, Physical Requirements, Safety Requirements, Quality And Environmental Responsibilities, Culture Commitment? Could be part of Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe similar to Requirements; but we need to avoid duplication. Could treat Education & Experience as Qualifications, and Requirements as other things like Working Conditions etc. But we have both headings; we need to decide. Better: Use Qualifications for Education & Experience. Use Requirements for other requirements like Working Conditions, Physical Requirements, Safety, Quality, Culture. Skills: maybe we can extract skills from the text: Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, judgment, decision-making skills. Also ability to work in open-concept office, movement, travel, etc. Could be skills. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not present in posting (no mention). So we should NOT include those sections. Thus we will output:
