We leverage technology—including geographic information systems and 3-D modeling software—to provide accurate and comprehensible project documents.
Responsibilities
- Train and mentor entry-level to mid-level designers and analysts
- Design site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and soil erosion/sediment control measures
- Manage projects, including zoning and land development permitting
- Conduct field inspections and hydraulic/hydrologic design and analysis
- Prepare site plan drafting, environmental impact assessments, and project reports
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience (3 years with site/grading design and zoning/site plan permitting process)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with intellectual curiosity and a desire for continued growth
Familiarity with Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and technical writing is a plus. Interest in cross-disciplinary work within Civil Engineering is encouraged.

Pay
$90,000 - $180,000 per year
