Futura Identities is one of the largest sign companies in Philadelphia, specializing in high-quality, custom signage solutions for businesses of all sizes. We take pride in delivering innovative and durable signs that enhance brand visibility. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sign projects while working closely with clients, designers, fabricators, and installers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultation to final installation.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, fabrication, and installation) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Oversee permitting, approvals, and compliance with local signage regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges proactively.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• ✔️ Experience: 3+ years in project management, preferably in signage, construction, or a related industry.
• ✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• ✔️ Technical Skills: Familiarity with signage materials, manufacturing processes, and permitting is a plus.
• ✔️ Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• ✔️ Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.
• ✔️ Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• ✔️ Software Proficiency: Experience with project management tools (such as Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project) is a plus.
