Project Manager/Senior Geotechnical Engineer

About the Role

Kleinfelder's Geotechnical team is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Geotechnical Engineer to support the planning, engineering, and design of projects involving earthquake and seismic engineering, trenchless technology methods, and other geotechnical services.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical projects from planning through execution, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Lead earthquake and seismic engineering assessments and designs.
• Apply trenchless technology methods to project solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering services.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one.
• Extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, including seismic and trenchless technology applications.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
