We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by supporting national security. In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to lead a agile software development team. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading software development or product teams
- Knowledge of agile development and project management principles
- Ability to map technical requirements to business needs, integrate requirements into agile sprints, and communicate across stakeholders
- Ability to brief stakeholders both at tactical and strategic levels
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
- Experience leading technical projects and programs, including staffing and resource alignment
- Knowledge of industry best practices regarding software development and product deployment cycles
- Ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic directives
- Master's degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
