Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of all contract personnel and resources
- Serve as primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government stakeholders
- Plan, prioritize, and manage activities aligned to real-time mission requirements
- Develop and maintain staffing plans ensuring qualified personnel coverage across all task areas
- Oversee execution of maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems
- Ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and performance objectives
- Review work discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Represent the contractor at all technical and programmatic meetings
- Manage task assignments, workforce utilization, and surge support requirements
- Ensure compliance with security, quality assurance, and reporting requirements

Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; experience may substitute for degree + 10 years of relevant experience
- Providing overall leadership, management and supervision of C4I project resources to ensure:
- Work standards are formulated and enforced
- Leading a C4I multi-discipline team
- Representing the company in all matters related to the contract
- Assigning and managing customer projects
- Supervisory/management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer related fields
- Experience supporting maintenance and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, or ISR systems in operational environments
- Experience troubleshooting complex system issues across hardware, software, and network components
- Experience working with mission equipment, maintenance tools, and COTS systems
- Experience using diagnostic and test equipment to identify and resolve system faults
- Demonstrated understanding of operational requirements and ability to apply technical procedures in mission environments
- Technical Expertise: Project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent
- Collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
- Certifications: PMP
- Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance
- Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Qualifications
- Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements
- Both CONUS and OCONUS by motor vehicle and/or air travel may be required
- May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site
