Project Manager/Scrum Master
About the role
We are seeking a senior, Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a purely Agile EPMO operating within a highly complex and fast-moving technology organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify, track, and communicate critical paths, blockers, and impacts to delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and dependency mappings.
- Support and in the beginning manage JIRA tickets, spanning both routine and ad hoc maintenance.
- Guide teams on effective JIRA hygiene, ticket structuring, and prioritization.
- Experience operating in Agile environments that still require Waterfall discipline.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Work with technical teams, understanding their acumen and details.
- Soft skills required, including being a driver, communicator, and go-getter.
- Project management, Agile, and Waterfall experience.
Requirements
You must have 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a financial services background. Understanding cybersecurity is beneficial. Must be eligible for benefits and able to work in Fort Mill, SC.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $76.00/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and more.
