Project Manager/Scrum Master
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid – 3-4 days onsite)

Responsibilities
- Support a portfolio of active initiatives across technology and business transformation work
- Facilitate sprints and manage reporting
- Coordinate across stakeholders and keep delivery on track
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Engineering, Data Analysis, Product Management, or Process Analysis
- Bachelor's degree relevant to one of the above career paths
- Client service mindset
- Positive attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the project meets client needs
- Strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile for project success and client satisfaction
- Ability to influence others and lead without authority
- Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication, including clear structure and main point communication
- Excels in ambiguous environments, where quick learning and rapid decision making are important
- Creative problem solver, able to take multiple approaches to a single problem
- Able to bridge the gap between vague, abstract ideas and clear, concise documentation or verbal explanations for any business need
Role Specific Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in project management, coordination, or a related field; PM or coordination background preferred
- High emotional intelligence (EQ), curious, not rigid
- Growth oriented, with strong stakeholder engagement instincts
- Project Coordination and Management:
- Comfortable managing multiple work streams and priorities at once
- Experience tracking action items, risks, and status across a portfolio of initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication, especially for stakeholder updates and status reporting
- Detail oriented, with solid documentation habits
- Exposure to project or portfolio tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Workboard, or Confluence is a plus
- Scrum and Agile:
- Familiarity with core Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives
- Understanding of Scrum roles and how a Scrum Master supports a delivery team
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and keeping a team's cadence on track
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
- Exposure to hybrid Agile and Waterfall environments
Pay
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
