About the role

As a seasoned Project Manager: SAP HANA, you will lead SAP HANA implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful project delivery, including managing project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery and quality assurance.
• Ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions to meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective project management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP HANA implementation projects, with a strong understanding of SAP HANA products and project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in developing and executing project plans, resource allocation, and budget management, with a focus on ensuring successful project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery and quality assurance.
• Experience in ensuring quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions to meet business objectives and customer needs.

Skills

• Deep understanding of SAP HANA products, including their features, functionality, and implementation best practices. Experience with SAP HANA product roadmaps and release cycles is beneficial.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in applying these methodologies to SAP HANA implementation projects.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience in applying these frameworks to ensure high-quality SAP HANA solutions and services.

Project Management Professional certification preferred. Location: Chicago, US.
