The Project Manager - Salesforce is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, integration, migration, and support projects. This role acts as the key liaison between clients, business stakeholders, internal delivery teams, Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, and leadership to ensure successful project execution. The position oversees project planning, requirement coordination, delivery governance, stakeholder communication, risk management, documentation, UAT coordination, release readiness, and post-deployment support while ensuring Salesforce solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
