Project Manager - Roofing Sales

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect money
• Manage the project from start to finish

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation; must be able to carry a ladder
• Cell phone
• Self-starting attitude; must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check on file
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50 lbs
• Able to walk on a roof and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

Pay

Compensation totals an average of $70,000 – $150,000+ per year; top performers make $200,000+.
