Project Manager Roofing Sales

Full-time, 1099 commission-based role in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect payments
• Manage each project from start to finish

Requirements

• Comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) sales; self-generating leads is a core part of this role (some company leads provided)
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Prior roofing, construction, or outside sales experience is a plus but not required
• Veterans are encouraged to apply

Pay

• Average annual earnings of $70,000–$150,000+, with top performers earning $200,000+
• Bonus opportunities and competitions with additional payouts
