Project Manager Roofing Sales

About the Role

Shamrock Roofing & Construction, a Top 40 roofing contractor in the United States, is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Wichita, KS. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position with average annual earnings of $70,000–$150,000+, and top performers earning $200,000+.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect payments
• Manage each project from start to finish

Requirements

• Comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) sales; self-generating leads is a core part of this role, with some company leads provided
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed

Qualifications

• Prior roofing, construction, or outside sales experience is a plus but not required
