About the Role

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and select residential roofing projects across the region — ensuring quality, safety, and profitability
• Manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, change orders, and client communications
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with field crews to ensure work meets safety and quality standards
• Partner with estimating and operations teams to develop accurate scopes of work and proposals
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to generate repeat and referral business
• Support business development and sales efforts through occasional client visits and proposal presentations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial and/or residential roofing projects
• Strong knowledge of the roofing systems listed above
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Experience with project financials, scheduling software, and construction documentation
• Ability to lead teams, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure
