Lowell Office Position On-site Lowell, AR Wachter is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead and oversee the successful execution of remodel projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, is results-driven, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients. This will be a typical 8 am to 5 pm position in Wachter's Lowell office, but will require answering calls overnight and after hours occasionally. Construction background preferred. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project bids, forecasting resources and timelines, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Experience working with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs is helpful. Candidate must have a proven record of managing the budget, schedule, and scope of a projectProject management experienceStrong understanding of business operationsProficient with the use of personal computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs. Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to prioritize tasks.
