Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive project success by leading reviews, managing issue disposition, and handling scope changes.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans in collaboration with sponsors to ensure objectives are met.
- Ensure project plans and other artifacts are current and provide regular status and progress reviews to the full project team including leadership.
- Manage external vendors, including onboarding. Monitor contracts, purchase orders, and ensure accuracy of invoicing. Proactively ensure renewals are initiated on time.
- Maintain accurate resource allocation tracking and ensure accuracy of management reporting and project planning tools.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience implementing structured tools and processes for complex, cross-functional projects.
- Proven experience managing Workday or similar HRIS projects is highly desirable.
- Ensuring external vendors are aligned with project objectives and deliverables; establishing a coordinated PMO alongside vendor project leads that provide cohesive leadership to the project team.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation and artifacts in alignment with PMP standards.
- A collaborative and motivational leadership style to guide project teams to success.
- Build strategic partnerships with key internal stakeholders and external partners, vendors, and consultants to deliver on program goals.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage ambiguity in a dynamic project environment.
- Experience working in a complex, global environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating and influencing executive leadership with succinct written presentations and thoughtful verbal communications.
