Liviniti is looking for a remote Project Manager to lead the coordination of multiple change programs, ensuring projects meet cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realization goals. This role requires deep experience in the PBM industry, including managing regulatory and compliance-related reporting and submissions to state and federal agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the successful implementation of Liviniti’s strategy, initiatives, and deliverables.
  • Lead and monitor project reporting, assisting organizational leaders in updates to Senior Management.
  • Provide and maintain project planning and resource tracking using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning one or more lines of business.
  • Maintain strategic planning logs, posts, files, and initiatives.
  • Ensure quality assurance in line with defined Project Solutions processes.
  • Work strategically and analytically in a problem-solving environment, understanding interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  • Lead project closure to distill best practices and log lessons learned.
  • Build cohesion across organizational departments and motivate teams to produce quality work.
  • Lead project planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting, financial management, and change management.
  • Develop and prepare regular status reporting for all levels of the business.
  • Ensure efficient change control methods and processes are utilized.

Relationship Management

  • Demonstrate commitment to exceptional customer care and service in all activities.
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership and project solutions team.
  • Facilitate and lead project teams comprising staff from across the organization.
  • Communicate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Drive and develop customer relationship processes and their impact on customer service.
  • Handle difficult personnel situations with discretion, HR advice, and respect.
  • Exemplify strong communication skills and pursue excellence in all business aspects.
  • Identify opportunities for change and convey the need for it effectively.
  • Encourage and develop creative and innovative thinking within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects with minimal supervision.
  • Expertise in leading the complete lifecycle of projects with teams of 2 to 15 people.
  • Expert experience in project management using AGILE methodology for medium to large projects.
  • Expert skills in creating and maintaining project plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Highly efficient in resource planning and task assignment.
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and diplomatic ability to influence others at all business levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Expert ability to mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions.
  • Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
  • Use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results.
  • Expert at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
  • Highly developed change agility in a dynamic enterprise leading innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management or Project Management.
  • Five years of business analysis or project management experience.
  • Understanding of Agile development lifecycle.

Schedule

  • Core work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, with flexibility to cover meetings across all U.S. time zones.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required by industry demands.

Travel

This position may require minimal travel in the future.
