Project Manager – Regulatory Reporting Change
About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager for our banking client on a project basis. The role will be hybrid out of the following cities: Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, or Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory change, reporting, and remediation initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Manage project governance, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive status reporting.
- Partner across Finance, Risk, Treasury, Technology, and Operations to deliver process, data, and system enhancements.
- Support FR Y-14, FR 2052a, and other regulatory reporting programs, including testing, issue resolution, and examination-related remediation efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
- 7+ years of Project Management experience leading complex regulatory or large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with data, reporting, and finance systems within large banking environments.
- Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Pay
Pursuant to applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is:
- Colorado: $100,000 – $140,000
- California: $110,000 – $150,000
- New York: $110,000 – $150,000
- Maryland: $100,000 – $140,000
- Massachusetts: $100,000 – $140,000
- Illinois: $100,000 – $140,000
- New Jersey: $100,000 – $140,000
- Vermont: $100,000 – $140,000
- Washington: $105,000 – $145,000
The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual. Total compensation and benefits include salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x the hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. Talent Shift reserves the right to adjust the salary range based on business needs.
