Project Manager - Refrigeration

Requirements

• One of the following:
  • 2-year degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field and 5 years of work experience in an A/E firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 3 years of work experience in an A/E firm
  • Journeyman or Master's license and 2 years of work experience in an A/E firm
  • 7 years of work experience in an A/E field
• Understanding of required codes for this position (ICC Building Code, Accessibility Codes)
• Prior project experience in Refrigeration
• Applicable work experience using AutoCAD and/or REVIT

Summary

The Refrigeration Project Manager will act as a liaison between management and staff while maintaining a positive relationship with clients. This position is also responsible for establishing and monitoring budgets, proposals, and bill reviews for various projects. The right candidate will also be able to lead and implement process improvement activities to improve team efficiencies as well as interface with clients on technical items. A strong attention to detail and prior management skills is a plus.
