Project Manager - Quality Improvement

Responsibilities

• Captures project goals and requirements to define project scope.
• Collaborates with SMEs to document and communicate relevant business practices and workflows.
• Maintains project templates and artifacts in an organized and updated manner.
• Analyzes projects to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.
• Facilitates communication among all project stakeholders.
• Documents and shares meeting notes and action items.
• Identifies and addresses challenges using appropriate action plans and escalation paths.
• Safeguards compliance with Data Use and Security Policy, HIPAA regulations, and user/access management policies.
• Coordinates vendor communications and ensures timely and productive interactions.
• Manages purchasing and contract activities for projects.
• Collaborates with technical experts to document and communicate technological aspects of projects.
• Monitors and reports on project progress and outcomes.
• Operationalizes lessons learned from project experiences.

Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience required, including experience in the healthcare industry and managing projects with specific requirements, deadlines, and multiple resources.

Pay

Minimum pay range: USD $83,483.92/Yr.
