Project Manager / Quality Control

Project Manager/Quality Control role for a government contract with the US Army Corps of Engineers. Position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to complete routine facility cleaning.
• Create and adhere to monthly and annual periodic services and work schedules.
• Train employees on work requirements, safety procedures, and other work-related items.
• Maintain asset logs and inventory; order janitorial supplies to ensure each site is sufficiently stocked and track inventory totals.
• Perform additional duties as required within the scope of contractual responsibilities.
• Follow the Performance Work Statement requirements to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• Attend periodic performance reviews to ensure compliance.
• Meet with clients to build rapport and resolve issues.
• Ensure all grounds owned by the user are maintained at green level, unless otherwise indicated on site maps.

Requirements

• 5 years of personnel management experience.
• QC qualifications, EM385, and OSHA 30 certification required.
• Thorough understanding of basic commercial janitorial practices.
• Clean DMV record.
• Understanding of general operational safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
