About the role
We’re hiring a Project Manager for our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Boise, ID, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. A District Project Manager will provide specialty engineered rental solutions, including pumping-fluid handling, power generation, climate control-HVAC offerings, and compressed air.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all compliance regulations related to position
- Train and coach Pump, Power, HVAC, and Compressed Air associates on equipment trouble-shooting and product knowledge
- Travel to all Pump locations within the territory (Southwest) to help train, repair, coach, and mentor Technicians, Territory Account Managers, and customers
- Develop multi skill level Pump Training programs for EquipmentShare Product Specialist and Field Service Mechanics
- Assist Territory Account Managers in technical sales applications
- Engineer and manage large projects
Requirements
- Working knowledge of current fleet in all locations
- Stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to fleet
- Ability to travel frequently
- Ability to sit, stand, bend and stoop for periods of time
- Ability to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Past project management/job foreman experience
- Must be a subject matter expert in Pump, Power and HVAC equipment
- Prior experience facilitating training (in the classroom or the field) required
Skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high efficiency, meeting budget and timeline
- Proficient in Google Suites, ability to adapt to applications and software
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Attention to details while multi-tasking priorities
- Demonstrate sense of urgency and make decisions on company’s behalf
- Ability to exhibit strong leadership skills and serve as a mentor
