About the role

This is more than a project management role — it’s an opportunity to take the lead in a rapidly growing market. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering meaningful infrastructure projects that directly impact the communities we serve, while building lasting relationships with key municipal clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary client contact for public works projects in the Las Vegas area
  • Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple active municipal projects
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
  • Deliver high-quality infrastructure projects for city, county, and state agencies
  • Support business development efforts, including pursuits and client relationship growth
  • Collaborate with leadership to expand backlog and market presence
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
  • Ensure projects meet quality, risk, and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • 8+ years of experience in public works / infrastructure projects
  • Experience with municipal or DOT clients strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D
  • Experience in transportation and public works infrastructure projects
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
