Project Manager - Public & Healthcare Construction

About the role

A lead project manager position overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate field teams and ensure on-site execution standards
• Oversee reporting, compliance, and quality control processes

Requirements

5+ years Project Manager experience with a general contractor, consistent 2-3 year tenures with clear career progression, strong client-facing communication and leadership skills, comfortable working 50/50 between site and office, tech-savvy; exposure to PM systems (e.g., Viewpoint) preferred.

Qualifications

Competitive salary ranging from USD 95.000 to 125.000 annually + benefits, discretionary bonus + vehicle allowance/company vehicle, 2-3 weeks PTO, 401(k), strong healthcare plans, clear progression with leadership promoted internally.
