Location: Piscataway, NJ (Fully onsite). Reporting to: Head of Project Management, Reagent Services Business Unit.

Compensation

The estimated salary range is $90,000 – $100,000 based on experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate project strategy and prepare service proposals based on client requests and scientific judgement.
• Coordinate all teams to facilitate research work and provide regular feedback/updates to clients on project progress and troubleshooting, especially for key accounts.
• Collaborate with commercial and production teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Provide technical support to develop business.
• Help improve the service platform by understanding market needs and competitors, and by optimizing and upgrading service packages and platform technology.

Required Qualifications

• At least an MS degree in a life‑sciences discipline with over 2 years of protein science experience; PhD highly preferred.
• Strong customer‑service awareness, sense of responsibility, communication and coordination skills, and execution ability.
• Solid protein‑related technical background with understanding or hands‑on experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project elements simultaneously.
• Capacity to manage high‑stress situations.
• Adaptability to a bilingual working environment (English and Mandarin Chinese).
