Key Responsibilities
- Manage project execution from planning through occupancy.
- Cookinate project stakeholders and service providers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Track project risks, issues, and action items.
- Conduct project meetings and distribute meeting minutes.
- Review design packages and construction documents.
- Manage procurement activities and vendor coordination.
- Support contractor bidding and contract administration.
- Monitor construction progress and project quality.
- Maintain project documentation within Procore.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience managing commercial construction or corporate real estate projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- PMP preferred.
