Responsibilities
- Supports firm-wide AUM and performance reporting
- Ensures accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial and operational data
- Led quarterly AUM close processes
- Performs detailed analysis to explain key drivers and variances
- Sets up and maintains reporting systems
- Supports internal and external stakeholders with high-quality reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with AUM and performance reporting systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
