Responsibilities

• Supports firm-wide AUM and performance reporting
• Ensures accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial and operational data
• Led quarterly AUM close processes
• Performs detailed analysis to explain key drivers and variances
• Sets up and maintains reporting systems
• Supports internal and external stakeholders with high-quality reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Experience with AUM and performance reporting systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
