Responsibilities
- Partner with Solutions Architects and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful Pigment customer implementations.
- Own project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all contributors are aligned on progress and priorities.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of adoption and business value from Pigment.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors to foster passion and satisfaction for Pigment.
- Work closely with the product team to contribute to the product vision and roadmap.
- Update Pigment’s project management methodology and deliver awe-inspiring presentations and trainings.
- Provide insights and creative solutions to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Significant experience in deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations.
- Strong project management, sales, or professional services experience in a software/SaaS company.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure deliverables and projects are completed on time.
- Ability to lead and support internal project team members, mediate stakeholder conflicts, and build commitment within the project team.
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior audiences and explaining technical solutions.
- Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
- Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial setting with little supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
