Project Manager, Professional Services

About The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager, Professional Services, to lead the successful delivery of complex software implementations for Kuali customers. This role is responsible for managing implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. This is a remote individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through successful go-live.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items.
• Cookordinate project activities across customers, Professional Services consultants, Product, Support, and other internal teams.
• Serve as the primary project contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status reporting.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve implementation processes, templates, and delivery best practices.

• Ideal candidates have experience with:
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering SaaS software implementations or other complex customer-facing projects.
• Managing multiple concurrent implementation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Building project plans, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating customer communications.
• Working with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing enterprise software, preferably within higher education, ERP, finance, research administration, or other administrative systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms for meeting preparation, documentation, and project organization is a plus.
