Project Manager - Professional Land Surveyor

Responsibilities
- Managing surveying and mapping projects, scopes, budgets, and staff.
- Leveraging survey methods for construction layout, LiDAR mapping, photography, drones, GPS technologies, and conventional methods to map, as-built, retrace or construct project tasks.
- Capturing data using GPS TPS, 3D Laser Scanning, and Photogrammetric technologies.
- Survey control functions utilizing both GPS and TPS.
- Computations and calculations for staking and layout.
- Evaluating individual performances during all project phases in order to more accurately assess training gaps and provide recommendations for improving training programs.
Requirements
- Active Washington State PLS (required).
- 4+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of project management and 4+ years of construction survey experience.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools commonly used in survey delivery, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Leica office software, Starnet, and the Microsoft suite.
- Comfort working across field and office workflows (planning, reductions/adjustments, review, and deliverables).
Qualifications
You’ll thrive here if you have an active Washington State PLS license, 4+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of project management and 4+ years of construction survey experience. Pay
The expected salary range for the position is $124,800 - $165,000 annual salary. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
