Project Manager, Product Team

About the role

ClarityPay is a fintech company based in NYC and Atlanta, empowering large merchants with configurable "Pay-Over-Time" tools. The role involves project and initiative management, engineering and partner communication, and operational scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own the tracking and coordination of active product initiatives from kickoff through launch
• Maintain timelines, flag dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and blockers
• Coordinate sprint rituals and cross-functional syncs
• Track open action items, decisions, and follow-ups from product and engineering meetings
• Act as a reliable bridge between product and engineering
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Support the product team in maintaining internal tools and documentation
• Identify process gaps and propose lightweight solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, product operations, or a closely adjacent role
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping the ball
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating with external partners or vendors
• Familiarity with fintech, lending, or financial services
• Organized, proactive, and low-drama

Qualifications

• Experience at a fintech startup or early-stage company
• Background supporting a product or engineering team
• Experience building process from scratch
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools
• Experience with third-party API integrations or technical partner coordination

Competitive compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 based on experience
