Role Responsibilities And Functional Skills
- Lead project teams on IT projects, coordinating activities across IT, business, and vendor resources.
- Manage both planning and execution phases of projects, including defining scope, developing schedules, and supporting effort estimates.
- Track and manage project budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying variances and supporting corrective actions.
- Apply a structured, data-driven approach to project tracking, reporting, and decision support.
- Manage and track project scope, resources, and quality within approved timelines and budgets.
- Prepare project status materials and present updates to project stakeholders and PMO leadership.
- Provide collaborative, positive leadership while working effectively within a matrixed environment.
- Cookordination and support the efforts of IT, business, and vendor personnel assigned to project activities.
- Prepare and facilitate project meetings, including status reviews, planning sessions, testing coordination, and cutover readiness.
- Support Change Management, Release Management, and testing activities as part of the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate the translation of business requirements into technical deliverables in partnership with technical teams.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by PMO or IT leadership.
Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related discipline preferred.
- 4-6 Years of professional experience working within an IT project delivery or PMO environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid.
- Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., ERP or SAP) is beneficial.
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile) is strongly preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within established governance and escalation models.
Salary Range
The Salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$149,500.00. The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
