About the role
This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between the project sponsor and the organization
- Ensure adherence to established communication pathways and escalation processes
- Clearly delineate roles and responsibilities among project leads as needed
- Oversee the project's delivery, ensuring alignment with time, budget, and quality targets
- Manage financial aspects of the project, including adherence to budget and handling out-of-scope activities
- Set and manage customer expectations to ensure optimal project delivery
- Drive risk identification and resolution processes at the project level
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required
- 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in clinical development
- Advanced understanding of project management principles including time, quality, and cost management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity)
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines

Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
