Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multichannel campaigns.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including status updates.
- Prepare reports for clients and communicate directly with stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and tools.
- Be the point of contact for clients, including updates, communications, and approvals.
- Able to communicate with all departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency setting for consideration.
- Strong organizational, time management, budgeting, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools.
- 3-5+ years of similar project management experience, communicating directly with clients and teams.
- Experience within a pharmaceutical agency setting required (HCP/DTC).
- Proficiency in written communications required.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or account management role preferred.
- Previous experience with vendor management.
Pay
$40-50/hr (W2)
