Project Manager, Permitting
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: About Us, Position Overview, What You’ll Do (Responsibilities), Required (What You’ll Bring) (Requirements/Qualifications), Preferred (maybe Skills?), Work Environment & Schedule (Schedule), Compensation & Benefits (Pay and Benefits). Also there is EEO boilerplate which we must remove. Also "Notice To Third Party Agencies" is boilerplate; remove.
We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting has "About Us" which is similar to "About the role"? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings if content matches. "About Us" could be considered "About the role"? But maybe better to use "About the role" heading and put the About Us content there. However the instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading; but About Us is not job title. It's okay.
We need to decide which sections to actually output. We have substantive content for:
- About the role (or About Us): description of company and role overview.
- Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" bullet list.
- Requirements: "Required What You’ll Bring" bullet list.
- Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? Could combine? But we could have Requirements and Qualifications separate if we have distinct content. The posting has "Required" and "Preferred". Preferred could be considered "Skills" or "Qualifications". We could put Required under Requirements, Preferred under Skills or Qualifications. The instruction says we can have sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Required and Preferred into Requirements and Skills? Let's think.
We have:
Required: 2–4 years experience, Bachelor's degree, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, knowledge of Microsoft software, strong communication and collaboration skills, ability and willingness to travel.
Preferred: Experience with municipal permitting processes and compliance, familiarity with permitting processes in PA and/or DE, familiarity with client-facing consulting roles.
We could treat Required as "Requirements" and Preferred as "Skills". Or we could have "Qualifications" for education/experience and "Skills" for abilities. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps better to have:
- About the role (About Us + Position Overview)
- Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Requirements (Required)
- Skills (Preferred)
- Schedule (Work Environment & Schedule)
- Pay (Compensation & Benefits salary range)
- Benefits (Compensation & Benefits benefits list)
We must ensure we only create sections if there is real specific content. All those have content.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to format lists with - . For prose, use
.
We need to strip boilerplate: EEO, Notice To Third Party Agencies, maybe also "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information: include details about travel, hybrid schedule, salary range, benefits, etc.
Let's extract content:
