Project Manager (PACS | Interfaces | Radiology | Cardiology | 3rd Parties)

Work Arrangement

100% remote. Candidates must be based in the United States and be available for early East Coast meeting times.

Vaccination, background check, and drug screening are required. Marijuana use is a non‑negotiable disqualifier regardless of state legality or medical/recreational status.

Interview Process

Interviews are conducted via Microsoft Teams video and will be scheduled as soon as possible. Interviews should be set for Monday the 28th, 29th, or 30th.

Required Skills

• Strong, proven healthcare IT project management fundamentals.
• Ability to manage 8 to 10 concurrent projects.
• Experience coordinating highly cross‑functional projects across clinical and technical stakeholder teams.
• Prior experience with an Epic modernization, refuel, or comparable large‑enterprise initiative.
• Ownership of meeting scheduling, kickoff calls, milestone tracking, and status reporting to enable application leads to focus on technical delivery.
• Comfort working fully remote with a distributed project team.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with imaging/PACS, radiology, or cardiology workflows (a plus, not required).
• Experience with Visage or ACUO platforms.
• Experience standardizing or centralizing status reporting across a large group of stakeholders.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 8 to 10 projects spanning PACS, radiology, cardiology, and related third‑party system initiatives.
• Schedule and run project kickoff calls and weekly or milestone status update meetings.
• Coordinate detailed working sessions across many stakeholder teams involved in cross‑functional projects.
• Maintain consistent status reporting aligned with the client’s PMO standards.
• Partner closely with application team leads to keep projects on schedule without requiring their day‑to‑day involvement in every meeting.
