Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead project manager in managing the overarching strategy, execution, and delivery of core enterprise initiatives.
- Drive Oracle ERP Implementation, Oversee the end-to-end program management of the Oracle Fusion ERP Finance implementation and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Partner extensively with the Finance team and key business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure seamless system integration and change management.
- Act as the "anchor" that brings together multiple, concurrent digital initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and mitigating risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of recent experience as a project manager with a focus in Oracle Fusion ERP
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Has conducted at least 1 full cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations for finance organizations, or leading major, complex finance transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial scoping and blueprinting through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Strong background in financial processes, reporting, and organizational finance structures;
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with other enterprise systems such as Oracle PLM, CPQ, and Salesforce is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel 80% - weekly on site at the client located in Silicon Valley
