The Project Manager, Optimization role involves leading initiatives to launch new projects, improve processes, manage change, and enhance the customer experience. The position is responsible for driving projects from conception through implementation to deliver measurable business outcomes and support organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects related to new initiatives, process improvements, and customer experience enhancements.
• Prioritize projects and anticipate bottlenecks to ensure successful execution.
• Own projects fully from recommendation to implementation, guaranteeing quality and impact.
• Build and maintain relationships across cross-functional teams to facilitate project success.
• Conduct data-intensive analyses to support decision-making.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or fintech; card issuing experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and execute complex initiatives.
• Ability to identify process improvements and clarify ambiguities proactively.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with analytical thinking.
• Experience in payments companies or financial institutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.

Pay

Compensation range: $65,000-$75,000
