Project Manager- Onsite OKC

We are seeking a local candidate for this hybrid role (in office 4 days a week).

A Day in the Life

• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, keeping projects on-budget and on-schedule and actively communicating timelines to stakeholders, collaborators & leadership.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementing plans, including risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
• Report project outcomes and/or risk to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management and related experience.
• Familiarity with project management software tools (Familiarity with Jira preferred, but any PM software experience is helpful).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience with Post Merger Integration projects a plus.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous production projects; ability to keep projects on-budget and on-schedule and communicate timelines to clients and collaborators.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related technical field preferred but not required.
• Project Management Certification from an accredited institution a plus (e.g., CAPM, PMP, CSM).

Pay

Compensation will be based on experience with annual bonus opportunities.
