About the role

Responsible for overseeing and managing projects within the Oil and Gas industry. Key responsibilities include project planning, team coordination, risk management, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans that align with client goals and company objectives.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management within the Oil and Gas sector.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Experience with oil and gas industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Pay

Salary range is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
