Project Manager - Non IT
About the role
We are recruiting for a Project Manager - Non IT opportunity focused on supporting multiple capital and renovation projects from planning through delivery. The successful candidate will help coordinate stakeholders, manage project scope and schedules, and keep project activity moving in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Support project executives across multiple assignments and develop scope and schedules for assigned projects.
- Identify and address project risks, logistical issues, budget concerns, and scope changes.
- Cook up vendor RFPs, interact with contractors and subcontractors, and track project status, invoices, and due diligence files.
- Monitor project performance against schedules and critical paths while coordinating subcontractor activity and technical relocations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Experience in project management or construction management.
- Ability to prepare and track budgets, understand technical requirements for construction and renovation projects, and work with architectural and engineering drawings.
