- With input from the creative team and Head of Project Management, draft SOWs outlining initiatives, milestones, and deliverables
- Maintain a Master Event Playbook, updated in real time with all event elements, technical specs, and brand standards
- Own the Run of Show, serving as primary point of contact for timing and transitions
- Identify, order, and manage inventory of event supplies and specialized materials
- Manage third-party vendors and support broader vendor communications, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
- Track workstream budget and COGS, reporting updates to the Sr PMs
- Support the Head of Project Management with internal billing and invoicing
- Maintain a proactive and positive attitude

- Exceptional ability to manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements and multiple project tracks with a firm command of project management processes and methodologies
- Experience managing quick, nimble, short-term engagements with smaller, more multi-disciplinary teams
- Deep understanding of 360 campaign and production lifecycles
- Comfortable owning budget and COGS tracking for a workstream and flagging risk early
- Collaborative, organized, and motivational project manager
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, resourceful, and professional with good soft skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Worked in a client-facing capacity previously
