About the role

The Project Manager will lead an $8M ground‑up project in Queens, NY. This is a stand‑alone building, new construction project. The role is an immediate need and will be based in the Queens, NY area, with the incumbent serving as a team leader from day one. The client is a reputable general contractor that recently won a new construction project and is hiring due to growth and a strong pipeline; the contractor is based out of Queens, NY and services projects throughout Long Island and Queens.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and permits effectively.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 USD. Permanent position within the property industry.
