Project Manager- Municipal Infrastructure
About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Advisory Services team and oversee project activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with client goals and milestones. You will manage processes such as contracting, procurement, deliverables production, risk management, and document control, while leading the development of project management plans and procedures.
Our team works for a variety of clients including water/wastewater, transit and transportation, and environmental planning and compliance, providing planning and design services, as well as owner’s, program, and delivery advisory services. Responsibilities
- Oversee project activities across multiple disciplines, including planning and design services, owner’s advisory services, procurement, construction management, strategic communications, Equity & Social Justice (ESJ), outreach and engagement, and other functions.
- Bring expertise in understanding client goals through comprehensive project scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, work package planning, and process oversight, while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
- Lead the creation and implementation of project management plans and procedures, supporting efficient project execution.
- Provide expertise in contract analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to enhance project planning and execution strategies.
- Participate in business development, RFP support, and client presentations, contributing to department growth and project pursuit efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive multi-disciplinary project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience working directly with municipal clients and agencies.
- Alternative/collaborative delivery experience is preferred.
- Experience with contract analysis, constructability reviews, value engineering studies, and risk assessments.
- PMP or other relevant certification is preferred.

Pay
Salary Range: $125,000 USD - $145,000 USD. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually.
