Project Manager-Multiuse Facility Construction
Provides consulting services for a multi-use facility client account to help achieve strategic business objectives. This role is part of the Project Management function and involves managing projects from initiation through completion, including ground-up and facility infrastructure construction projects. Up to 50% regional travel, predominantly in the Eastern Time Zone, may be required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through a qualification process, conduct RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
- Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements, ensuring data integrity and coordination.
- Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance to achieve goals, create action plans, track progress, and report status and variances.
- Identify project threats, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate risks.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) and building consensus to reach agreements.
- Impact customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and related teams.
Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
- Ground-up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or other ERP platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
- Sophisticated math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and financial-related figures.
Pay
The minimum salary for this position is $115,000 annually, and the maximum salary is $135,000 annually. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
