About the role

As a Multifamily Construction Project Manager, you'll take a leadership role in the successful delivery of multifamily construction projects from planning through completion. You'll partner directly with Project Executives, Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to drive the budget, schedule, quality, safety, and overall success of your projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants ownership and accountability—not simply another seat at the table.

Our mission goes beyond constructing buildings. We strive to be a leader in our industry, deliver exceptional service to our clients, and add value to communities through our commitment to affordable housing. Our culture is built around six core values: Integrity | Vision | People | Safety | Innovation | Continuous Improvement. At Ironcore, our philosophy is simple: Building Homes. Creating Community.
