Project Manager - Multi-family

About the role

We're looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about construction and ready to take ownership of multifamily projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
• Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and contract requirements
• Proactively identify challenges and keep projects on track

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proven success managing multifamily construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and drive results
• Experience with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project
