Project Manager- Mitigation

About the role

Description Property Medics of Georgia is a residential construction company focused on insurance-related mitigation and reconstruction. We are currently seeking a Mitigation Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates mitigation technicians efficiently to complete projects on time and profitably.
• Verifies all documentation is complete on a per-loss basis and invoices projects accurately.
• Navigates multiple software systems and complex billing procedures.
• Ensures warehouse equipment and supplies are organized and stocked.
• Affords after-hours on-call phone assignments as needed.
• Works with other personnel to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Visits client sites within our service area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 years Project Manager experience required.
• 5 years experience working with a disaster restoration/mitigation company strongly preferred.
• Prior experience managing a team of employees strongly preferred.
• High School diploma (or equivalent) or higher (or equivalent experience) required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be self-motivated; works well individually.
• Must be a team player; works well with team.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs without assistance.
