Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the management of all phases of projects, from estimate to close-out, ensuring safe and profitable operations. In addition to project execution, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Michels Pipeline's capabilities within the region. Acting as a trusted partner to clients, you will help strengthen our presence in the market by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating the value, expertise, and integrity that set Michels apart. Planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and budgets will be performed personally or through subordinate supervisors.

What It Takes

  • 5-10 years of experience in Pipeline project management, operations, business development, or a related field
  • Ability to travel
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and client management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and identify business opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Experience preparing estimates, proposals, and participating in project pursuits preferred
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
