Project Manager - Michels Pacific Energy, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a phase of a larger project or multiple smaller projects under $500k
• Ensure project proposals/bids meet or exceed client expectations
• Oversee project execution to ensure successful completion
• Focus on safety performance throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination
• Experience with Civil projects preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.)
• Valid driver license for relevant vehicle types and acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel

Qualifications

Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles with may be driven and an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations

Pay

The anticipated salary range is $105,000 - $150,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
